A last-one-standing game that lives entirely inside fomo. You play by posting; you only come here to watch.
Overview
LastThesis is built around one token, $LastThesis, launched on flap.sh on BNB Chain and traded on fomo.family. The token's trading tax fills a vault. Anyone holding the token can post a thesis on its fomo page, and every thesis restarts a 30-second clock. When the clock reaches zero the round closes, the author of the last thesis wins 60% of the vault, and the remaining 40% becomes the starting vault of the next round.
Rounds run back to back, around the clock, for as long as people trade and post.
The vault
Every buy and sell of $LastThesis carries a tax set at launch on flap.sh. The tax recipient of the token is the vault contract on BNB Chain, so the tax arrives there as BNB with every trade, with nothing to sweep or claim.
The vault shown on the site is the contract's BNB balance minus any prize that has been announced but not yet paid. Nothing else is ever counted. The contract can only do one thing with its balance: pay a prize.
Posting a thesis
A thesis is the comment you attach to a position on fomo. To post one on the $LastThesis page you need to hold the token — any amount works, and you can post as many theses as you like afterwards without buying again.
Any thesis counts, whatever it says and however short it is. There is no keyword and no format. The only theses that are ignored are those posted by the platform account @LastThesis, so our own announcements can never keep a round alive.
The clock
A round begins when its first thesis is posted; until then the clock shows 30 and waits. Each thesis sets the deadline to its own post time plus 30 seconds. A thesis posted after you overwrites your deadline with a later one, and you are no longer in the lead.
The clock runs on fomo's post timestamps, not on when our reader happens to notice a thesis. If two theses land close together, the later timestamp wins, exactly as fomo recorded it.
Winning and the split
When 30 seconds pass with no new thesis, the round closes and the last thesis wins. The vault is measured at that moment and split 60 / 40: 60% is set aside for the winner, 40% stays in the vault and is the opening vault of the next round.
A round with only one thesis still closes and still pays; being alone for 30 seconds is a win.
Payouts
Prizes are paid to the winner's fomo in-app wallet, where they appear as fomo balance. There is nothing to claim: when a round closes we look up the wallet behind the winning handle and the vault contract sends the BNB. No wallet connection, no signature, no gas.
A payout normally lands within a minute of the round closing. If it cannot be sent right away (for example the lookup is rate limited) it is retried until it goes through; the round shows as “paying” meanwhile. Pending prizes are never folded back into the vault.
Timing and fairness
We read theses from a public mirror of fomo that can lag by up to a poll interval. To make sure a thesis posted in the final second is never missed, the game waits a short grace period after the clock hits zero before naming the winner. During that window the site shows “settling”.
If a thesis shows up in the mirror only after its round has already been settled, it does not reopen that round and it does not count towards the next one. In practice the grace period makes this rare.
The game state is a single source of truth kept by the operator; every payout is a Paid event on the vault contract that you can verify on BscScan, tagged with the round number.

- Can I post again to reset the clock on myself?
- Yes. Every thesis resets it, including your own.
- What if the vault is empty when a round closes?
- The round closes with a zero prize and is marked paid; the next one starts immediately.
- Who pays the gas for payouts?
- The operator wallet, from its own balance. The vault is never touched for gas.
- Do I need to be here when the round closes?
- No. Winners are recorded and paid automatically.
